This project is a factory building located in Rayong Province, Thailand. The building’s usable space is divided into two main sections: an office and a
factory. Before entering the building, the designer created a small tree court at the entrance, providing a pleasant atmosphere and serving as the main view
from the office area. The office, situated at the front, includes a reception area and a seminar room. The reception area is designed as a two-story open
space, allowing a view of the tree court to enhance the working environment.
The tree court is equipped with a steel grid overhead for hanging climbing plants and features an automatic spray watering system. When activated, the
watering system reduces the temperature in the upper part of the tree court. Based on the ventilation design, cool air is drawn in from the base of the trees,
while hot air is expelled upwards, creating a comfortable atmosphere around the employee rest area below. This area is conveniently connected to the office
pantry, facilitating social activities and gatherings.
