This project is a renovated classic house situated on 2 rai of land, elevated about 2 meters above the public road and surrounded by a large garden. The main entrance is defined by a long ramp 
leading from the road to the parking area in the front yard. Initially, the owner requested a small extension building to complement the main house, forming an enclosed courtyard in front of 
the parking lot. This smaller structure was designed for visitors: the first floor houses a reception and recreation area connected to an outdoor terrace and swimming pool, along with 
a bedroom at the rear, while the second floor serves as a multipurpose room.

The architect carefully designed the form and materials of this smaller building to complement the main house. Later, the owner decided to renovate the main house as well, modernizing 
its appearance while retaining the classic character that remains a personal favorite. The architect simplified architectural lines and details, creating a clean, monotone look. 
Stone tiles were applied to the exterior for durability and low maintenance—dark grey stone at the base and aluminum frames for updated windows.

The materials of the smaller building were then adjusted to harmonize with the renovated main house, resulting in a modern-classic style. Together with the surrounding garden of mature trees,
the composition creates a tranquil and cohesive exterior, seamlessly blending architecture with landscape.
